Our new multi-purpose centre will comprise a place of worship with dedicated women’s facilities. It will be a holistic place used for education, welfare, weddings, recreational activities, counselling, Muslim deaths rituals and births ceremonies.

Exciting prospects

The new centre will be truly inclusive, sustainable, safe, secure and respectful of the neighbourhood. Preserving a key heritage of Swansea, it will safeguard and inject new life back into this truely magnificent building.

Celebrating Islam

The centre will be a focal point of celebrating Islam’s rich and diverse heritage, inspiring all communities to embrace diversity and be instrumental in the shaping of a cohesive society.

Expanding opportunities

The new centre will meet the growing diverse needs of the community, and accommodate the increasing number of visitors. It will champion on providing a balanced and comprehensive message of Islam to both Muslims and non-Muslims in South Wales.
