SALAM,

ALLAH (swt) has given men and women separate duites which they must perform as an command himself

a womens duty is to:

take care of her husband
maintain the house hold
protect and care for his children
and also to take care of his parents and family as well as to follow the 5 pillars of islam

a man duty is to:

provide food & shelter
5 pillars of islam

my question is to the IMAM in this new ERA not only are WOMEN following the commands sent by Allah (swt) but are also sent to work to provide food and shelter for the family.

so if a women if fufilling and completing a man job then does that mean a man is not doing his job correctly and is getting sin or does that mean he is only doing 50% of his duty allah(swt) has sent him to do.
